Pickup Information

At this moment no delivery options are available. You can pick up your order at our showroom store at 5068 N Kimberly Ave, Chicago, IL 60630 on Monday-Friday 10AM-5PM. If you need a pickup on Sunday or Saturday, please give us a call at least three days beforehand.

Please allow for one day handling time before items will be available for pickup.

Return Policy

If our customers are not 100% satisfied with their purchase, they may receive a refund for their purchase within two weeks of purchase.

Products must be in original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Credit will be processed once item is received in original condition.

If item is returned used or damaged, refund will not be processed.

Returns are not available for cabinets and custom tile.
